Mit Wii Karoke U verwandelt Nintendo die Wii U in eine Karaoke Maschine mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Liedern. Laut offiziellen Angaben finden sich in Wii Karaoke U derzeit gut 1.500 Lieder. Da man sich auf dieser doch recht beachtlichen Zahl nicht ausruhen möchte, gab Nintendo UK aktuell 50 neue Lieder bekannt, die ab sofort in Wii Karaoke U erhältlich sind.

Wii Karake U kann aktuell kostenlos aus dem Wii U eShop heruntergeladen und getestet werden. Nach der Testphase muss man sich für einen zeitlich begrenzen und kostenpflichten Zugang entscheiden. Dabei hat man z.B. die Wahl zwischen einem 24 Stunden Zugang oder einem Abo das für ein Monat anhält.
